At PsychicKids.com, it's of the utmost importance to protect all children's privacy and safety online. We're in full compliance with The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998.
We never give out personal information, such as email addresses, mailing addresses or other personal information about your child, for any reason, to any third party.
When your child visits our website, they remain anonymous. We don't use 'cookies' to track your child's surfing activities.
AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE
Activities that involve the submission of your child's email address, name, home address or other personal information must be accompanied by a parental consent form if the child is under 13 years old. Consent forms can be faxed or mailed to us.
In order to authenticate your authorization, we request that you provide your name, address, zip code and valid credit card information. The credit card will not be charged; it is used for real-time verification purposes only. The parental consent form will be archived in a secure fashion as evidence that parental consent was received.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Once authorization is received for your child to submit written or graphic material to PsychicKids.com, we'll send an email to the address you specify with your child's username and password so that they can register.
Your child's work may be posted on the site. In order to protect your child's privacy, their work will be identified only by a first name, age and home state.
